A Mind-Body workshop. Beginning with Qi-Gong for harmonizing and balancing, then moving into subjects of the day facing the students. Mitchell works with them to facilitate favorable outcomes, sometimes using Therapeutic Theater or direct dialogue engaging the quantum field and understandings from neuro-psychology, expanding the mind & heart.
